Every so often I sell stuff on Ebay. Nothing big, just random formula coupons that I am still getting and the occasion bottle of actual formula.
So a few weeks ago, I sold some cans of formula, shipped it away, and figured it was the end of that.
Today, I got an email from the buyer. She was clearly upset that her items had not arrived and wanted a refund or SHE WOULD GO TO THE POWERS THAT BE AND REPORT ME FOR BEING A BAD PERSON.
After numerous emails back and forth, and the claim by the buyer that I was a fraudulent seller (me??) and a LIAR, we took it to dispute. It looks like I am not protected by our trusty PayPal folks.
WTH?
I am calm now and know that I am going to lose the case and will be out the $13 or so that I made, but come on? Calling me a liar? A fraud? Because of an Ebay sale? Somebody really needs to get a life.

OMG! I know what you mean...ebay/paypal is horrible to sellers (although, I still sell stuff on ebay, too). Try bonanzle out - you may like it :)
